Online repair tracking now available

As part of our new website, we have introduced an online Vehicle tracking
facility. This innovative system will allow customers to view live progress
information on their vehicle repair, 24/7. You can also send message
directly to our claims staff and view their responses on screen. Initially
enabled for our car customers, this service will also be made available to
our commercial customers, along with an additional system enabling fleet
operators to view details on all of their claims currently going through our
workshops.
